1. 1 to 16 square feet: $10
2. 17 to 99 square feet: $20.
3. 100 to 299 square feet: $50
4. 300 square feet and over: $100

1. Subdivisions up to 10 lots: $50, plus $5 for each lot.
2. Subdivision of over 10 lots, or any subdivision which requires the construction of a new road (public or private): $100, plus $5 for each lot.

1. Wetlands application: $100.
2. After-the-fact wetlands applications: the fee shall be doubled

1. Special Exception (special use permit) application: $100.
2. Variance application: $100.
3. Special Use Permit and Variance applied for, processed, and heard at the same time for same requested use: $150.
4. Appeal of the decision of the Zoning Administrator: $100
5. Rezoning application: $500
6. Zoning Ordinance amendment application: $100.
7. Vacating a subdivision plat or part thereof: $150
8. Zoning fee for building applications (not including reroofing permits, renovation permits and building permits issued in incorporated towns): $25.
9. Administrative Waiver or Administrative Exception to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation District requirements: $50.
