Public Works - Articulated "Dump" Truck - Invitation for Bids #735

The County of Accomack is seeking sealed bids for “Articulated Truck”  - CAT Model 730C or equivalent – New or used.   The complete IFB may be found here.

Withdrawal of Bids shall be according to procedure § 2.2-4330 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.  Bidders must be licensed as a Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, only as required, and the Bidder’s attention is directed to the requirements of Title 54.1, Chapter 11, of the Code of Virginia.

 The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to contact any Bidder prior to award for explanations or clarifications.  The County does not discriminate against any Bidder on any basis.

 The bid tabulation for this project may be viewed on the Accomack County and eVA websites after the date and time set for opening of bids. *See below.  The successful Bidder will be contacted by the Finance Department. 

 Bidders are encouraged to monitor the websites indicated below* for changes in the bid opening schedule or for any addenda issued.  Receipt of Addenda must be acknowledged for this project.
