Accomack County seeks to engage a third party to review and assess the County’s current employee career development plans and processes, identify gaps and deficiencies, and propose revisions that align with organizational goals and objectives. Any proposed modifications to existing career development plans or development of new plans need to be fair to all employees, allow universal access regardless of an employee’s department or office, be financially scalable to the amount of funding available, and be capable of being administered by the Human Resources Department.
