Welcome to the Accomack County Construction and Environmental Self-Service (ACCESS) Online Permit Portal!

The portal provides you with 24/7/365 online access to:

  • Apply for a permit
  • Pay permit fees
  • Check on a permit application status
  • View and download your issued permits,

    job cards and certificates of occupancy

  • Schedule inspections
  • Receive real-time inspection reports via e-mail
  • View and respond to comments from County staff
  • View public records
