This is an official notice of the upcoming election to be conducted in the Commonwealth of Virginia on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 for the purpose of selecting a candidate for the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and Member, Virginia House of Delegates, 100^th District.  There will also be a special election to fill the vacancy in the local office of Mayor of the Town of Accomac, such vacancy having arisen pursuant to the resignation of Mr. Mark Kirby.

All Voters are asked to provide a valid ID at the time of voting or they will be asked to sign an ID Confirmation Statement to vote a regular ballot.

For individuals who choose to vote by mail, please see VA Code § 24.2-708 for guidelines regarding defaced, unused/unmarked, and lost/never received ballots.
